This Time is a demon-hunting adventure with a touch of dark romance. Nadira Holden is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Renowned for her skills as a demon hunter, she finds herself a misfit in a world where demons have made peace with humans and hunting them is illegal.

Despite all the unanswered questions about herself, her place in the world, and her former demon hunting associates in the secretive Children of Orion organisation, Nadira knows she must take up the fight at least one more time in order to save her missing father. It won’t be easy though, and she finds her inner demons just as hard to overcome as those who oppose her.

I really enjoyed this action-packed adventure. It took me a while to warm up to the writing style, but I soon found myself swept along on Nadira’s troubled journey. The story takes a couple of interesting twists I didn’t see coming, and leaves the reader looking forward to the next book in the series. Recommended!
